Icon Process Controls’ Truflo® TI3P Insertion Paddle Wheel Flow Meter combines precision, durability, and advanced technology to meet a range of industrial needs. These flow meters deliver accuracy of ±0.5% and are constructed from durable, chemical-resistant 316 stainless steel, ensuring reliability in challenging environments. Icon Process Controls also offers the TIP plastic Paddle Wheel Flow Meter – a true-union design with body materials available in PVC, PP, and PVDF!

The TI3P Series paddle wheel flow meter sensor has been engineered to provide long-term accurate flow measurement for both corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. The stainless steel insertion flow meter sensor provides a frequency pulse or an RS485 optional output, and is equipped with an optional 330° rotatable vivid LED display showing both Flow Rate & Flow Total. The paddle wheel assembly consists of an engineered high performance Tefzel® paddle and micro-polished zirconium ceramic rotor pin and bushings, providing excellent chemical and wear resistant properties. The TI3P Series paddle wheel flow meter sensors are highly repeatable, exceptionally accurate, extremely rugged, offer outstanding value and require absolutely no maintenance. The TI3P flow meter sensors can be installed using Truflo’s® extensive line of ANSI and DIN fittings. Truflo® offers SDR Pipe Saddles from DN15 – DN600 in GFPP material.
