This pneumatic comparison test pump is designed for testing pressure measuring instruments against master test instruments. This cost effective instrument provides precise control for important calibration requirements and include many features found in our popular line of pneumatic deadweight testers.
The Fluke Pressurements P5500 Series Comparison Test Pump are used for checking pressure measuring instruments against master test gauges, indicators or transducers. These cost effective Fluke Pressurements P5500 Comparison Test Pump instruments are capable of easily generating high pressures under precise control providing a quick and cost-effective means of calibrating pressure instruments.
The Fluke Pressurements P5500 Series Comparison Pumps are available in three models: hydraulic, pneumatic and pressure/vacuum. The Fluke Pressurements hydraulic models are capable of generating pressure to 60,000 psi (4200 bar). The Fluke Pressurements hydraulic comparison pumps are compatible with a wide range of fluids and include a high quality screw press for fine pressure adjustments. The Fluke Pressurements pneumatic models are capable of generating pressures to 3500 psi (220 bar) and feature both a screw press and needle valves for fine pressure adjustments. The Fluke Pressurements pressure/vacuum model has a vacuum range of 24 inHg (800 mbar) and a pressure range of 300 psi (20 bar) and includes a high quality needle valve for fine pressure adjustments.
All models of the Fluke Pressurements P5500 Series Comparison Pumps include test port adapters and test connections that can be made without the need for PTFE tape or wrenches.

The 2700G Reference Pressure Gauges provide best-in-class measurement performance in a rugged, easy-to-use, economical package.
|
This adapter mounts directly to the test port of the calibrator and allows for the calibration of two instruments at the same time, or the connection of a reference test instrument. Maximum working pressure is 10,000 psi (700 bar).
|
To calibrate gauges with the pressure connection on the rear (for example, panel mount gauges) in their correct operating position, an angle adaptor should be used.
|
This tool is designed to quickly remove and consistently refit the pointer of a pressure gauge.
